Visit to Curie Museum

All IWPCT–2017 attendees are invited to visit the Curie Museum, located in Marie Curie’s historic laboratories, just 100 m from the Workshop venue. In the 45 min guided visit, you will learn the history of radioactivity and radiotherapy, and retrace the steps of the discoveries of the Curies, the five Nobel prize family, through a wealth of first-hand documents and historic scientific equipment. The visit is included in the Workshop fee, but we ask you to sign up when registering for IWPCT–2017. There is a minimum attendance number and a limited number of places available. The places will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
